We currently ship Australia-wide and aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. During busier periods, we appreciate your patience as slight delays may occur — but we’ll always do our best to get your treasures to you quickly.

Flat Rate Shipping: $12 Australia-wide

Free Shipping: Automatically applied on orders over $150

Click & Collect: Free from our Padbury boutique — simply select this option at checkout and we’ll notify you when it’s ready for collection.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes will vary based on your location and the carrier, but generally:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Post: 2-4 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, peak periods, or events outside our control. Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for any transit delays.
Once your order has been packed and leaves our store, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress and estimated delivery time.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a return-to-sender fee and require additional payment for re-shipping.
