Returns & Refunds Policy – Little Honey Lane

At Little Honey Lane, we want you to love every little thing you buy. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy is in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

- Is faulty or damaged
- Is not of acceptable quality
- Does not match its description
- Fails to do what we said it would

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

- Pacifiers and teething products
- Feeding items
- Underwear or swimwear (unless faulty)
- Sale items (unless faulty)


Online Returns

If you purchased online and received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@littlehoneylane.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

If returning an item by post, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.


In-Store Returns

If you made your purchase in-store, please return the item to our Padbury boutique with your proof of purchase. We’ll assess the item and help resolve the issue in line with your consumer rights.
